Phillips v TransUnion, et al., U.S. District Ct. for the E. District of Penn. : Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings granted and case against client dismissed on the grounds that claims should have been brought in prior suit.

Garrison v Equifax, et al., U.S. District Ct. for the E. District of Mich.: Motion for Summary Judgment granted and case against client dismissed on the grounds that adverse party's own actions created the problem and client's reasonable actions shielded it from liability.

Johnson v Equifax, et al., U.S. District Ct. for the N. District of Ill.: Motion to Dismiss case against client granted on the grounds that new case was just a repackaging of old case client previously won.

Cook v Experian, et al., U.S. District Ct. for the E. District of Mich.: Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings granted and case against client dismissed on the grounds that the adverse party's claim of any right to relief was speculative.

Johnson v Trans Union, et al., U.S. District Ct. for the N. District of Ill: Motion for Summary Judgment granted and case against client dismissed on the grounds that adverse party's claim was not supported by law.

Dunkinson v Citigroup, et al., U.S. District Ct. for the District of N.J.: Motion to Dismiss case against client granted on the grounds that client was not responsible for adverse party's problems.

Lancaster v. Trans Union, et al., U.S. District Ct. for the N. District of Ill.: Motion for Sanctions granted on the grounds adverse party should never have filed suit and client awarded all fees and costs for entire case.
